Returns And Refunds

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our luxury hair extensions, all sales are FINAL.

Each set of extensions is custom-made to order and prepared specifically for the client. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been processed.

To maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances if the hair has been:

    •    Worn or installed

    •    Altered in any way (including cutting, coloring, toning, or chemical processing)

    •    Removed from its original packaging

    •    Exposed to heat, styling products, or environmental elements

Shipping

All Luxe by Trenton hair extensions are custom-made to order and, when applicable, custom colored to meet each client’s unique specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, please allow additional time for processing prior to shipment.

Processing Time

Orders may require up to 30 business days to be completed before shipment. This timeframe allows for:


  • Custom sourcing and preparation of premium hair

  • Precision coloring and quality control

  • Final inspection to ensure our luxury standards are met


Processing times may vary depending on order volume, customization level, and color services requested.
